THE POINT THAT WILL REDUCE YOUR ANXIETY

-This point is known as CV 17 and it is located 4 fingers above the base of your breastbone, directly at the center of your chest.

-This CV 17 spot is also known as Sea of Tranquility.

-Massage up and down the center of your breastbone with your fingertips and find the small indents. When you will find the indent the healing process will begin.

-Sit with your spine straighten and put your palms in a praying position with your fingers up.

-With the thumb and the back knuckles press the CV 17 point.

-Close your eyes.

-Breathe deeply and relax.

-You head and back should be straight but relaxed.

-Practice this exercise for 2-3 minutes and at this time your mind and heart rate will relax.

-In order to completely feel the benefits, repeat this 2-3 times per day.
